• Previously Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of The North West Company ("NWC") and Secretary-Treasurer of North West Company Fund.
• Responsible for taxation, treasury, internal audit, property, insurance and corporate secretarial function of NWC.
• Previously Senior Tax Manager with Price Waterhouse specializing in personal, corporate and commodity taxation.
• At NWC responsible for implementing six major financing deals in five years, including the issuance of $122 million of senior bonds and warrants. Also led the negotiations pertaining to NWC's $182 million Plan of Arrangement to convert to a mutual fund trust as well as the negotiations for one of the first shared risk insurance programs implemented in the marketplace.
