• During his time away from the Firm, Mike was a Manager in a large regional accounting firm
• Extensive experience in advising and providing accounting services to owner-managed businesses of all sizes and self-employed professionals

Shirley Hurst, CA - Senior Associate

• Graduate of the University of Manitoba, CA 1982
• Responsible for managing audits and other client assignments of various sizes
• Currently the Firm's senior supervisor of audits
• Extensive experience in auditing and performing system reviews

Crystal Boileau, CA - Associate

• Graduate of Queen's University, CPA 2002
• CA Membership Candidate - successfully completed CA Reciprocity Exams - December 2007 and will receive a CA designation in April 2008
• Certified by the North Dakota and Colorado State Boards of Accountancy
• Three years experience in the audit group of a CPA firm and one year experience in the audit group of an international Canadian CA firm
• Knowledgeable with respect to both US and Canadian generally accepted accounting principles
